Q: Where do you ship from?

A: All orders are packed and shipped from our family-run business on the Gold Coast, Australia.


Q: How long does delivery take?

A: We ship with Australia Post. Standard delivery is usually 2–8 business days within Australia, depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

 

Q: How can I track my order once it’s been shipped?

A: Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email from us with your tracking details. You’ll also receive updates directly from Australia Post, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

A: No stress - we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
