Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Some of our products are limited and may not come back once sold out, but popular favourites are often restocked. If you love something, we recommend grabbing it quickly!

A: Definitely! Our colourful homewares and quirky accessories make amazing gifts. Each order is packed with care and can be sent directly to you or your loved one
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are packed and shipped from our family-run business on the Gold Coast, Australia.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We ship with Australia Post. Standard delivery is usually 2–8 business days within Australia, depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Q: How can I track my order once it’s been shipped?
A: Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email from us with your tracking details. You’ll also receive updates directly from Australia Post, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What if my order isn’t quite right?
A: No stress - we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: We pack every order with care, but if something arrives damaged, just email us at hello@heydayhouse.au with photos and we’ll sort it out right away.
